All of our pendants come with an 18" chain as standard. If you would like an additional chain these can be purchased separately here.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

What length is the chain, and is it adjustable?

The necklace comes on a 18 inch Sterling Silver Snake Chain. We sell additional chains separately so you can chose wear it as a higher pendant or slightly lower for layering.

Will the pendant and chain tarnish?

As with all sterling silver, a little tarnish over time is normal; regularly polishing with a silver polishing cloth and storing the necklace in its box or a pouch will keep it looking bright. Check out our guide for expert jewellery cleaning and don't forget we offer free lifetime re-polishing!

Do you offer longer chains for a layered look?

Beautiful jewellery

I purchased the Heather heart in memory of my sister Heather who died earlier this year at the age of 63, following 11 years of early onset Alzheimer’s. So it will be precious to me.
I have more JGT pieces which are equally as lovely.

Love this new pendant. Only thing I would change is the chain. I thought I'd be able to put a longer chain on it but the chain it comes with doesn't come off.
