Versatile 16" Snake Chain.

The chain is lovely, bought to have a shorter version to mix and match with my beautiful Zoe pendant.
The customer service was fantastic, messaged a question on the Saturday evening and recieved a reply within the hour which was fab, I hadn't expected to hear until the Monday.
Ordered the next day and the chain was dispatched straightaway!
The best customer service I have received in a very long time, no complaints.
