Snake chain

I've ordered a few things in the past; rings, bangkes, pendant earrings which have all been absolutely perfect. I needed a snake chain to carry a heart pendant and got just the right one here. Very swift delivery. Can't fault.

I have 4 pieces of this jewellery. So pleased with them all. Necklace for the heart pendant broke and replacement brought. Chain is shorter than I wanted ordered the wrong size and will order another longer chain. But still so pleased. Quick delivery and help online. Fantastic jewellery.

I Purchased the widest snake chain to enhance the beautiful Bramble pendant which l had previously purchased from your lovely shop which l visited with my daughter to celebrate my 80th birthday. My lovely family treated me to the thicker Molly bangle and also some earrings as a present for my birthday.The whole experience was lovely and l absolutely love my 4pieces of John Garland -Taylor jewellery which is unique and special

Hi l loved the snake chain , l wanted a chain l could wear all the time , one that was strong and had a good large fastener on. I have had lots’ of jewellery from other shops always broke . I approached John Garland they surrgested the snake chain , well made lovely put my past chains’ to shame . I will now only shop from them no one else . Thank you John Garland.

Disappointed that the chain had broken within a year as only worn once a week on average. Phoned up to enquire on warranty to be told only 6 month warranty and would have to pay for a new chain. Not only that but would also have delivery to pay very disappointed with the after sale /customer care service. Have purchased replacement but will not purchase any further products.

I purchased a snake chain along with a heart pendant with money I received for my special birthday in November. I haven’t worn it daily so very upset when it broke. I have now bought a replacement so hopefully it will last longer!!!
