Ordered 2 bracelets and had to return as too small. They advised that they could custom make to any size, so I ordered 2 replacements custom made. Refunded difference very quickly without even having to ask. Excellent customer service, well done.

Love the earings but find the clips uncomfortable so bought some with a wider ring behind the clip now perfect.
