I bought the Zoe Heart ring online for my niece which was distributed very quickly. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong ring size so we went to the actual shop so we could measure her finger. We were able to exchange the ring for the correct size and I also ended up buying one for myself because it is so lovely. Everyone is the shop was very nice and helpful and we met John himself.
