Chains

All of our pendants come with an 18" chain as standard. If you would like an additional chain these can be purchased separately here.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

Is the Zoe Heart Set made from real silver?

Yes. The Zoe Heart Necklace and Earrings are handmade from solid 925 sterling silver - never plated. The silver runs all the way through, so it won't fade, flake or discolour the way silver-plated jewellery does over time.

What does the Zoe Heart Necklace and Earring Set include?

The set includes one Zoe Heart Pendant Necklace and one pair of matching Zoe Heart Earrings, designed to be worn together or separately. Both pieces share the same open heart design and polished finish.

What size is the Zoe Heart pendant?

The Zoe heart pendant is available in three pendant sizes, small heart in 45mm, medium heart in 60mm and our large silver heart necklace in 75mm.

Can I buy the necklace and earrings separately?

Yes. Both pieces are also available individually if you'd prefer just one. The set is designed for anyone who wants the full look at a better combined value.

Where is JGT jewellery made?

Every piece, including the Zoe Heart Set, is handmade in our family-run workshop in Warwickshire, UK - not mass-produced overseas. Each piece is shaped, polished and inspected by hand before it leaves our workshop.

Does the set come gift-ready?

Yes. Both pieces are presented in a JGT jewellery box, ready to gift straight away. Add a gift message at checkout if you'd like to include a personal note.

Lovely pendant, but........

Zoe silver heart pendant is lovely, but it’s let down by the flimsy clasp. My partner loved hers but the clasp broke whilst she was wearing it so she lost the pendant. I've had to buy a replacement, but she's scared to wear it out in case it happens again.
