Chains

All of our pendants come with an 18" chain as standard. If you would like an additional chain these can be purchased separately here.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

I’ve been looking at this pendant for a while and finally decided to buy it.
It’s beautiful and it was no bother to ring up and ask for a 20” chain, so if you’re dithering about buying one like I did, don’t!

Lovely item, as usual, from John Garland-Taylor. My only disappointment was the lack of option for chain length. Other pendants have had this option. I knew the standard 18cm would be too small and had to buy a separate longer chain. Would have been 5 star with this option.

OMG ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS

I now have several JGT pieces and I love them all very much, but I have to say that the Madeline Pendant is exceptionally beautiful and a great asset to the range.
I very much hope that matching earrings will be available very very soon. I will be 70 in July and my husband bought me this pendant as one of my gifts. It is now securely stored and it’s first outing will be at our Golden Wedding party the day before my birthday and it would be fabulous to have the matching earrings before the end of June to complete my décolleté.
SO OVER TO YOU JGT, MATCHING EARRINGS ASAP PLEASE!
Oh and to help other customers, I requested a 20” chain that was happily supplied in place of the usual 18” one.

I really like the necklace, it's a shame that the chain is rather short, I think that it would have been much better with a longer chain.

My wife loves the interesting design and that the pendant is a good size & suits her. She does think it would have been good to have the chain a little longer or the option to buy it with different length of chains. However, that’s a minor niggle and she really is very pleased with the pendant.
