We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159.00 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

I have purchased this as a present for my sister’s 60th.
Firstly, I was so appreciative of the assistance received. I need to take this present overseas with me and was concerned about delivery. I need not worry, as this arrived well ahead of schedule. My only concern is the fit, as it’s going overseas as a present. Hopefully my anxiety will be in vain :-). Unfortunately, the return would be slightly outside the 28 days. The item is absolutely beautiful, and beautifully made and I hope my sister loves it as much as I do.

The Susannah cuff is such superb, solid silver quality, that I couldn't widen the opening to get my wrist in, due to weak fingers. Customer service discussed this with the jeweller, who made me a smaller cuff with a wider opening. It fits superbly, and I cannot thank them enough for the trouble they went to. I will be back!
