Chains

All of our pendants come with an 18" chain as standard. If you would like an additional chain these can be purchased separately here.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

My Molly bangle and necklace arrived with 48 hours which was brilliant. I bought the necklace for a friend’s birthday and the bangle for myself. The bangle was too big and I got in touch with JGT and they were brilliant in responding back. I was able to return and exchange it for a smaller size. I was surprised that I had to pay for the return which cost me almost another £10 to send back via recorded delivery. Thank fully bangle fits and I have to say it’s beautifully made. Thank you

Beautiful Minimalst Necklace

I saw a post on Facebook a week before Christmas. I was attracted by the clean, unfussy lines of a necklace as a present for my wife - though a bit worried about delivery times. No problem. It arrived either the next day or day after - can't remember - but fulfilled, possibly exceeded, my expectations. Silver, lovely curves, and a chain which I hadn't noticed in the photograph as anything special, which accentuates the clarity of the piece. My wife loves it.
