Originally ordered medium but found it a little small (even though my wrist measurement suggested that size). Sent it back and a replacement was sent out on the day my return was received. I'm very happy with the larger size. It looks and feels great. Excellent jewellery and customer service.

Still not received what was to be a Christmas present! On first delivery the driver left a card saying it would go to nearest co-op, then a message saying it couldn’t be delivered there so would try delivering to house next day. Next day got a message saying parcel was trying to be delivered to this address with a picture of a front door which wasn’t my front door, or indeed door in my street. So never received delivery before Christmas and still haven’t received it as it is being sent back to yourself. Most unhappy!!
I understand this is not your fault but perhaps you could take it up with DPD. I would appreciate it if you could resend the item.

Initiaal delivery extremely quick. Stupidly ordered the wrong size and got return instructions minutes after contacting customer service. Returned purchase by next day delivery and replacement dispatched same day received. Awaiting delivery but if quality is anything like their service, I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. Will send further review after Christmas once “she who must be obeyed “ has opened it.
