Shipping & Delivery

For UK orders over £125.00 delivery is FREE.

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £125.00 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

Returns Policy

Of course if for any reason you want to return an item, you can do so within 90 days. Excluding bespoke orders which are non-refundable.

Because we make every piece of jewellery, we can alter pieces to fit any size wrist or finger. We'll work with you to get your jewellery perfected, so do get in touch if you have any queries on sizing.

Please return items back to us unused and in the original boxes.

I ordered the Molly bangle and ring for my daughter's 30th Birthday! I needed to delay the delivery as I was away and they arrived in time for a family celebration at Centre Parcs! Sadly, the bangle (medium) was a little big, but the company dealt brilliantly with my change of order, enabling me to order a smaller size and deliver, before returning the larger size bangle for a refund.
