Description
Treat someone special to a Gift Voucher for our JGT Jewellery. You will receive email confirmation and a link to redeem the voucher which you can either email to the recipient or print off and gift. Alternatively you are able to enter the recipients details to have it sent directly to them.
Please note this voucher can only be redeemed online, you are unable to redeem this in our Hatton Store.
Delivery
For UK orders over £100.00 delivery is FREE.
We aim to despatch your items within 1-2 days Monday-Friday.
All UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
UK Delivery will be the following working day from your despatch email.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country.
We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders.
If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.
Returns
Of course if for any reason you want to return an item, you can do so within 90 days. Excluding bespoke orders which are non-refundable.
Because we make every piece of jewellery, we can alter pieces to fit any size wrist or finger. We'll work with you to get your jewellery perfected, so do get in touch if you have any queries on sizing.
Please return items back to us unused and in the original boxes.
