You will receive email confirmation and a link to redeem the voucher which you can either email to the recipient or print off and gift. Alternatively you are able to enter the recipients details to have it sent directly to them. 

Please note this voucher can only be redeemed online, you are unable to redeem this in our Hatton Store. 

To maintain the brilliance of your jewellery, add a silver or gold polishing cloth at checkout. We also offer complimentary repolishing at any time.

Our pieces are made to last and our blog on 'How to clean your jewellery' will help you keep your pieces shining for years to come.

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
• International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

Of course if for any reason you want to return an item, you can do so within 90 days. Excluding bespoke orders which are non-refundable.

Because we make every piece of jewellery, we can alter pieces to fit any size wrist or finger. We'll work with you to get your jewellery perfected, so do get in touch if you have any queries on sizing.

Please return items back to us unused and in the original boxes.

The return postage and cost is your responsibility, please keep your proof of postage and put a note in with your returned parcel so we can match it to your order.
