You will receive email confirmation and a link to redeem the voucher which you can either email to the recipient or print off and gift. Alternatively you are able to enter the recipients details to have it sent directly to them.

Please note this voucher can only be redeemed online, you are unable to redeem this in our Hatton Store.

To maintain the brilliance of your jewellery, add a silver or gold polishing cloth at checkout. We also offer complimentary repolishing at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders. If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

Beautiful necklace and earrings

Treated myself with some money from my Nan to remember her by. I chose a silver Elena necklace and earrings. Absolutely love it, good quality and beautifully presented and great to know it’s a small family business

Not the easiest of websites to navigate and find the voucher.
There is possibility to put a greeting/message - but it doesn't actually come out on the voucher when the receiver gets it!! . Pretty much a waste of time there.
