We aim to dispatch your items within 1 business day and all UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be one business day from your dispatch email. UK shipping is free on orders over £159.00 and charged at £6 for all other orders.
International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country. International shipping is charged at £15.

Lovely but too small

This is lovely, but too small, it looks more suitable for a child. I have other cuffs similar size which fit fine. The problem with this is that the gap is too small to get on my wrist and the cuff too rigid to allow any movement. Unfortunately returned.

Only the sizing is a worry..

The Mia cuff is for my daughter( Christmas) and it is lovely but though l ordered the medium as advised( which l understood would be seventeen cm , the bracelet seems smaller more for a child.. and l measured it to be just over fifteen cm.. with a gap of Three snd a half centimetres. I phoned up and they said those were the right measurements for a medium.. but my daughter’s wrist is bigger than mine and l am concerned it will not fit her.. please can you comment on this? Thanks. Hi Marian, the cuffs can appear to look small but when on the right size wrist they fit perfectly. If you have measured your daughter as a 17cm wrist the cuff should fit her ok. If you have any problems with sizing once gifted, you are more than welcome to return for an alternative size. Hope this helps

A really beautiful piece, as always! Bright, shiny hammered silver, catching the light and the eye perfectly. This was a gift so after some not so sneaky measuring, it was made to perfection, and still arrived super quickly! Craftsmanship and customer service cannot be surpassed. Highly recommend.
