Delivery

For UK orders over £100.00 delivery is FREE.

We aim to despatch your items within 1-2 days Monday-Friday.

All UK orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Delivery will be the following working day from your despatch email.

International Delivery can be up to 17 days with customs fees applicable in the receiving country.

We do carry a small amount of stock of all our products excluding Gold and Bespoke orders.

If your order is for a specific date please do get in touch.

Returns

Of course if for any reason you want to return an item, you can do so within 90 days. Excluding bespoke orders which are non-refundable.

Because we make every piece of jewellery, we can alter pieces to fit any size wrist or finger. We'll work with you to get your jewellery perfected, so do get in touch if you have any queries on sizing.

Please return items back to us unused and in the original boxes.

A luxurious feeling ring

This ring offers quality, comfort and beauty. I am fast becoming a JGT addict. I feel lucky to own my pieces of this lovely jewellery.

I never received my order

I ordered the Leiska silver ring. I was so excited about this piece of jewellery as I had been saving up to purchase it. I received a notification via email to say my purchase was successful and then to say it had been dispatched and then later delivered. I never received my order which cost me almost £100 including the delivery. I contacted JGT to explain I haven’t received my order and they replied saying it had been delivered. I responded explaining I hadn’t received anything and asked if they had any information to help me track my item. The company sent me a photo to show where my item had been delivered. The photo was of my neighbours house which is number 113. My house is number 103 and this was clear on the address I gave when I purchased the item. I double checked this to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake. I have checked with my neighbour and nothing has been delivered to them. I’m really upset about this. I had received some jewellery from JGT from my family a few years ago and I was looking forward to adding to my collection. The company have not resolved the problem even though I contacted them to explain I have never received my order.

Gorgeous Ring for Big Fingers

I realized 8 hadn't reviewed. This is a staple for me, worn on middle finger, I bought slightly wider one. I forget it's there but so many people compliment me on it. Excellent customer service

I sent an enquiry about repairing and reshaping a Morgan bangle that was damaged in a fall. Within half an hour I had a reply from Antonia asking me to send the item and they would repair and polish the item if I paid the postage. Excellent service from start to finish and the whole process was s less than a week including a redelivery and collection from a local shop.

Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered my bangle yesterday and it arrived today, not only that but it was bespoke sized and hallmarked due to luck. I'm amazed I have received it so quickly baring in mind it was made that day. The bangle is beautiful, I ordered the 12mm and on a larger wrist it looks fabulous, it sparkles and is a real statement piece. Its lightweight so although looks large, its not heavy or clunky to wear. You could definitely wear it on its own, but I want to get the other 12mm designs to stack with it. I honestly couldn't have received a better service, fantastic!
