I never received my order

I ordered the Leiska silver ring. I was so excited about this piece of jewellery as I had been saving up to purchase it. I received a notification via email to say my purchase was successful and then to say it had been dispatched and then later delivered. I never received my order which cost me almost £100 including the delivery. I contacted JGT to explain I haven’t received my order and they replied saying it had been delivered. I responded explaining I hadn’t received anything and asked if they had any information to help me track my item. The company sent me a photo to show where my item had been delivered. The photo was of my neighbours house which is number 113. My house is number 103 and this was clear on the address I gave when I purchased the item. I double checked this to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake. I have checked with my neighbour and nothing has been delivered to them. I’m really upset about this. I had received some jewellery from JGT from my family a few years ago and I was looking forward to adding to my collection. The company have not resolved the problem even though I contacted them to explain I have never received my order.
