Beautiful and high quality earrings but unfortunately the stem snapped off due to them being so delicate. However I received outstanding customer service, they happily sorted this, sending me a new pair which I received the next day. Staff were very friendly and very apologetic, couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy.
