FAQs about our Stacking Bangles

At John Garland-Taylor Jewellery we pride ourselves on creating timeless designs that are handmade by our small family run team, in the heart of Warwickshire.

Are thick bangles suitable for stacking with other jewellery?

Yes, thick bangles can be stacked for a bold, layered look. Try pairing one or two thick bangles with slimmer styles or textured pieces to create contrast. Just be sure to balance the stack so it feels comfortable and intentional.

How do I create my own bangle stack?

To create your own bangle stack, either start with a statement piece like a wide or textured bangle (Elena or Jules as examples) then build around it with slimmer or contrasting designs from our stacking collection. Alternatively you can mix finishes (polished, hammered, matte), shapes (round, oval, twisted), and metals (silver, gold, rose gold) to add depth. Choose pieces that reflect your personal style.

Can I mix metals when stacking bracelets?

Yes! Mixing metals like silver, gold, and rose gold is a stylish way to add contrast and personality to your bracelet stack. Keep the look cohesive by repeating one metal or texture throughout the stack.

How many stacking bracelets should I wear at once?

Most people wear between three to five stacking bracelets for a balanced look however a bracelet stack is unique because everyone adds their own style.

What are the rules for a bracelet stack?

It's most important to let your personality shine through - so do what makes you feel good! If you want some tips to start, try mixing textures and widths, and if you go bold on one wrist, keep the other minimal.

Our team are available Monday to Friday: 10am-4pm.We aim to respond within 1 hour during business hours.
