I got my partner a Molly Bangle and matching earrings. Unfortunately one of her earrings broke on the third use, despite the fact they were beyond the warranty period i spoke to them on the phone and they just asked me to post them back. A few days later they came back as good as new. Great service from lovely people.

Ordered 2 bracelets and had to return as too small. They advised that they could custom make to any size, so I ordered 2 replacements custom made. Refunded difference very quickly without even having to ask. Excellent customer service, well done.

My second Jess infinity bangle, they are truly beautiful and look stunning stacked together. This firm excels in both quality and customer service.

I think this is my seventh purchase from John and his team, the quality is always amazing and delivery super quick. We have also visited the shop a couple of times and they cleaned my bangles while we were there so came out with them looking brand new. Thoroughly recommend.
