Yes! All of our jewellery comes in a JGT box, ready to give as a gift. The boxes are perfect to store your jewellery in when you're not wearing it.

Unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping service at the moment.

Silver jewellery is prone to tarnish over time, but there are lots of factors that can contribute to excessive tarnishing.

To keep your jewellery looking its best we recommend:

• Always remove your jewellery when swimming, showering or using creams and sanitisers.
• Put your jewellery on last, after applying hairspray and perfume.
• Keep your jewellery out of direct sunlight and stored in a jewellery box.

If you find your jewellery looking less than shiny, a Town Talk Polishing Cloth is the next step. The Original Silver cloth has been around since 1895 keeping silver sparkling. The cloth is impregnated with special anti-tarnish agents that not only clean your jewellery but also leave a long lasting shine.

We aim to desptach all items within 1-2 days Monday-Friday. We carry a small amount of stock so at busier times these may be extended. Bespoke and Gold Orders will take approx 3-4 weeks for delivery.

All our items are despatched via DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

- UK Delivery will be the next working day from your despatch email.

- Overseas deliveries can take from 7-16 days.

Because we make every piece of jewellery, we can alter pieces to fit any size wrist or finger. We'll work with you to get your jewellery perfected, so do get in touch if you have any queries.

We offer free resizing. All you need to do is cover the cost to return the item to us, we will then resize and repost the item back to you.

The return postage and cost is your responsibility, please keep your proof of postage and put a note in with your returned parcel so we can match it to your order.

Yes, we can ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
